1. We collect information to process your order, guide and enhance your online experience, and supply you with information in which you have expressed an interest.

When you order from Pearl Print and Design, each order is allocated a specific job number, we will also capture order details, invoicing address, shipping address and credit card details to process and fulfill your order. Invoicing address and shipping address are retained so you do not have to enter them again. Order details are retained so we are able to view your order history should any customer service issues need to be resolved.
5. To assist you with your printing requirements and sales and marketing promotional materials, and tailor our service to your needs we may ask you for feed back, about your business – supply of this information is entirely at your discretion and is optional – we do it to help us continuously evolve our customer service, however, we do store all this data to help us to continue to effectively meet your needs.

Any credit card details or bank details we may take in order to fulfil your order are processed by a secure server.
